I do my best thinking when I'm in the studio, when I immerse myself in a familiar process it feels like home. The repetitive act of creating this linework pattern centers me. I love it when the tiny lines eventually come together in the middle, completing the design. The contrast of the flowy glaze with the coarse bare porcelain creates a tactile experience when holding and using this piece.
