My word of inspiration this year is "less". At the beginning of 2023, I wasn't feeling very creative. I gifted myself more time to just explore, in the hopes that by putting less pressure on myself I would rediscover my creative flow. In my sketchbook, I started writing down silly phrases I heard, or even notes/journal entries I wrote myself. It felt a little scary to share because it's so unlike my typical work, but by following this path and just having fun, I found my way back to the place I so love to be - creating.
